Bleh... i ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp, and what I received was Battered Shrimp & Mayo sauce - ick, ick, ick. That's my all time favorite dish so I was super disappointed. My daughter chose the Pork Lo Mein minus all veggies, and believe it or not her noodles were very tasty & the pork was thin cut & juicy. For the price I paid, I would never go back - ever. P.S. Given that most small chinese places are 'holes in the walls' this place took "hole in the wall' to a new level! Just complete filth all over the tables & chairs.

Not worth it. We went in and the tables were dirty with old coffee cups and papers. The man at the cashier didn't greet us right away and seemed preoccupied with other things behind the desk. Once we get our order and got home we noticed we were missing one dish. I called back and had to return to get the missing dish. Upon arrival, my husband noticed wine of our wontons were missing as well. I mentioned it to the worker and he gave us 2 wontons. Thanks for trying to make it up. I'd rather spend my money on a place that cares about their customers. Don't waste your time here.

2 hour wait for food. The person on the phone was cussing at us when we asked for a status of our order after an hour. We declined the food and requested that the charge be void.

This was my first time eating here. I ordered the wonton soup and the chicken chow mein. The wontons in the soup tasted raw and doughy. The big issue I had was the chicken chow mein. The chicken honestly did not even have the consistency of actual chicken. There were chunks of brown goo everywhere in this dish. After a couple bites and after seeing the "goo", I did not take another bite. I called and told them that there was goo all over my food and I didn't know what it was and didn't feel comfortable eating it and would like a refund. She told me the didn't do anything wrong. I asked if they normally serve their food with goo in it and she had no response and told me they would need to call me back.

Food is fine. Customer service is poor. Slow and crabby...they have kids taking orders. Really. Probably 10 year olds. And while I was (actually still am) waiting half of every order phoned in had to be handed off to an adult. Slowed the process. When I called I was quoted 15 min. So far I am at 35 and still waiting. I would leave, but I already paid. Update... 50 minutes and still waiting.

From the first time we have eaten here to now they have gone WAY down on the quality of food. I actually think they may not have the same owner because the food is that bad now. And for some reason the prices have gone up even though food quality is going down. Save your time and just order take out from P.F. Changs. You'll spend the same amount of money and get a far better meal.

The food is decent and cheap enough, but unless you have 2 hours to wait for delivery, it's not a good choice.

I really was not too impressed with this place. The food was good but it's a take out Chinese restaurant. You go there, you have an idea on what you already want, and then you order. I was told 10-15 minutes for my order to be finished. A half an hour later I ended up with some cold sesame chicken and cold won tons, which are not very appetizing. But still edible. If the service was faster and the front counter lady was a little nicer, I'm sure we could turn this to at least a four star review.

I have ordered from many Chinese joints and this is the best I have had in a very long time. We ordered delivery, and they were fast , with fresh hot food. Our whole family was very happy. Thanks guys! You made our night.

I think the food is good for fast food Chinese. As another reviewere noted, you get a lot of food. It's all take out or delivery. They have done a good job managing my expectations on when the food will be delivered and the food is tasty. It's better than Yu Fong. I like the Mei Fun noodles and the Lo Mein (it is garlicky and well seasoned in my opinion). The fried rice is good too. You can ask them to make it spicy.

I have order from this place twice now and both times it was messed up. Apparently whoever answers the phone (children from the sounds of it) can't take your order and you apparently have to repeat it to 3 different people and it is still screwed up. I would recommend if you are looking for Chinese food to order from anyone but this place. Also when they screw up your meal and they offer to give you a free one on your next visit, you still have to have a minimum deliver charge, even though that was never mentioned before. Customer service is very poor and the people there are very rude and impatient. You have to argue your way through the entire order. The lady answering the phone is the worst of them all. She is always right, according to her at least! Customer service 101 " the customer is always right" try and remember that. The food is not that good to have to go through all of this. Overall if I could give this place a ZERO star rating I would. Take my advice consumers, it will only help you in the long run.

I moved to maple grove in May love the food have ordered it when my family was visiting.. even my picky brother in law loved the lomein.. have put in many very large orders and ordered constantly.. recently I got a lunch container of lomein at dinner prices when I called and complained I was treated rudely when asked what I wanted I said a new order.. the lady on the phone said "too much" well was it too much to give me less at the same price I had been paying? so she then offered me a 5 dollar discount.. we ordered weekly sometime more than once ave 40 dollars.. upward to 100 plus dollars.. needless to say I hope the 3 dollars was worth losing a customer!! too much indeed I only wanted what I paid for!!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
